I am Lee, a second generation horologist with a Post Graduate Degree in clock conservation and restoration and 23 years of experience in this field.

I'm passionate about preserving the timeless elegance of antique clocks. With extensive experience in the restoration of various types of clocks, including wall clocks, bracket clocks, and lantern clocks, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every restoration project.

My journey into the world of horology began with a fascination for the intricate mechanisms and  craftsmanship of antique timepieces as I helped my father in his clock workshop during school holidays and weekends. After studying Conservation and Restoration of Antique Clocks at the prestigious West Dean Collage near Chichester, I have further honed my skills through hands-on experience at a world-respected clock workshop, working alongside highly regarded restorers, on a wide variety of clocks. This includes early lantern clocks from the 17th century from the beginning of English domestic clockmaking through to highest quality 20th century examples. I have restored the works of many famous clockmakers such as William Bowyer, Thomas Tompion and Joseph Knibb, gaining an understanding of the history and techniques of the times past.

As an antique clock restorer, I take great pride in breathing new life into these historical treasures while preserving their authenticity and character. From meticulously cleaning and repairing delicate movements to restoring ornate cases to their former glory, each restoration project is a labour of love and dedication.
